Chiropractic Care

Our Focus

Chiropractors treat the spine which supports and protects your nervous system. The vertebrae surround the spinal cord and are separated by a disc. Every nerve in your body has to exit through spaces between the vertebrae, behind the disc and in front of the joints. This design is great at protecting your spinal cord, but is a very common site for injuries.

Chiropractors treat the areas your spine that are causing pain or nerve symptoms. This is called a Subluxation. To treat the Subluxation we adjust the vertebrae that are out of place, or not moving correctly. The adjustment removes the stress from the nervous system which allows your body to heal naturally on it own.

Pain & How Chiropractic is Different

Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. Pain can interfere with your life and make your daily routine difficult.

The accepted care from many medical professionals is cover up the pain with pain killers and treat the spasms with muscle relaxants. They see the pain and spasms as the problem, not as a symptom of something greater. This treatment only masks the symptoms and does't fix the underlying problem causing the pain. The medications usually have dangerous side effects and often are habit forming and are not a long term solution.

Chiropractic is different. We look to the origins of the pain and treat the true problem, without surgery or medication. Our office has seen patients receive relief from a variety of conditions including:

  • Injuries from Motor Vehicle Collisons
  • Carpal Tunnel, Wrist & Hand Pain
  • Neck Pain, Headaches & Migraines
  • Chronic Pain & Fibromyalgia
  • Low Back Pain, Disc Pain & Sciatica
  • Asthma, Allergies & Ear Infections
  • Numbness & Tingling in Arms or Legs
  • Athletic & Work Related Injuries
  • Spinal Stenosis
